Exchanges

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days, in original condition, unworn, with tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

The customer service was excellent. I was able to customize the bag exactly how I wanted and she does a customization for no extra charge which is nice. Shipping took two weeks, but that’s what I would expect. Going through customs and everything. The bag looks extremely sturdy. Should last a lot of years. Can’t wait to use it.
